Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates
  • Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) • Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads
  • Draft and post job descriptions, advertisements, and job offer.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports

As HR Business Partner for H&M Production office, you have ownership over all HR matters which includes both the strategic and the operational elements of the work for Talent acquisition and management.

Job Responsibilities: -

  • You have ownership (together with the hiring manager) over the current recruitment needs of the Production organization.
  • You are responsible for presenting high quality candidates to the hiring managers within a reasonable time frame, ensuring they have been properly evaluated and screened before introducing them.
  • You manage the administrative side of HR end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and correct reporting related to your activities
  • You drive (together with the direct managers) an agenda that promotes fairness, optimal staffing, long-term retention, people development and the engagement of every team member.
  • You are responsible for supporting the business leader with people related insights in relation to the business strategy that he/she is driving.

Qualifications


Location-Delhi

Years of Experience - 10 - 15 years in a similar role

MBA in HR/Masters in HR/Psychology or any other equivalent

Skills – Talent acquisition, stakeholder management, critical thinking, problem solving, understanding of employee lifecycle.

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters and manage the onboarding process.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.

  • Track goals and collect performance feedback.

7. Policy Implementation

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
